Refund Policy:
1) Eligibility for Refunds:
  • Refunds are only applicable in certain circumstances as outlined in our service agreements or contracts.
  • Clients may be eligible for a refund if services rendered by IRIZONE LTD do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if there is a failure to deliver services as promised.
2) Refund Requests:
  • Clients must submit a written refund request, detailing the reasons for the request and providing any relevant documentation, within 30 days of the occurrence of the issue.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed by our team, and a decision will be made based on the merits of the request and the terms outlined in the service agreement.
3) Refund Process:
  • If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the issue and any applicable terms outlined in the service agreement.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 30 days of the approval date.
Dispute Resolution:
1) Informal Resolution:
  • In the event of a dispute regarding services provided by IRIZONE LTD, clients are encouraged to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting our customer support team at support@irizones.com or by phone at +447337155012.
2) Formal Dispute Resolution:
  • If the issue cannot be resolved informally, either party may initiate a formal dispute resolution process by submitting a written notice of dispute to the other party.
  • Upon receipt of a notice of dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute amicably.
3) Arbitration:
  • If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
  • The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
